Creamy Milk Jelly
Creamy Milk Jelly recipe using Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder to provide high-quality protein to your kids!
Ingredients
- 70g Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder (approx. 8 scoops)
- 250ml warm water
- 10g sugar (approx. 2 teaspoons)
- 40g corn starch
Method
- Add 35g Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder into 250ml warm water and stir until dissolved.
- Add the remaining Milk powder and sugar into a pot and stir over medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- After boiling, quickly add the corn starch into the pot and stir well. The milk will thicken quickly.
- Pour the thickened milk into a container and put into the fridge to cool.
Enjoy with your favourite jam or honey.
