Milk Pudding
Milk Pudding recipe using Australian Dairies High Protein milk powder.
Ingredients
- 80g Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder (approx. 7 scoops)
- 2 eggs
- 250ml warm water
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- ½ lemon
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Add 7 scoops (80g) Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder to 250ml warm water and stir until dissolved.
- Whisk 2 eggs into the dissolved powder, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and squeeze in the lemon.
- Pour into a baking bowl and bake for 30 minutes.
