Milk Pudding

Milk Pudding recipe using Australian Dairies High Protein milk powder.

Ingredients

  • 80g Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder (approx. 7 scoops)
  • 2 eggs
  • 250ml warm water
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • ½ lemon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Add 7 scoops (80g) Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder to 250ml warm water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Whisk 2 eggs into the dissolved powder, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and squeeze in the lemon.
  3. Pour into a baking bowl and bake for 30 minutes.
