Pumpkin Soup

This Pumpkin Soup is a delicious and nutritious autumn treat using Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder

Ingredients

  • 70g Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder (approx. 8 scoops)
  • 250ml warm water
  • ¼ pumpkin (approx. 400g)
  • Handful of your favourite nuts

Method

  1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam for 30 minutes.
  2. At the same time, add 70g Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder into 250ml warm water, stir well
  3. Blend the pumpkin with the Australian Dairies Protein milk.
  4. Add your favourite nuts, then enjoy the delicious Pumpkin Soup with Milk!

As pumpkin is rich in natural sugar, you don’t need to add any sugar into this dish.
