Pumpkin Soup
This Pumpkin Soup is a delicious and nutritious autumn treat using Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder
Ingredients
- 70g Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder (approx. 8 scoops)
- 250ml warm water
- ¼ pumpkin (approx. 400g)
- Handful of your favourite nuts
Method
- Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam for 30 minutes.
- At the same time, add 70g Australian Dairies Protein Milk Powder into 250ml warm water, stir well
- Blend the pumpkin with the Australian Dairies Protein milk.
- Add your favourite nuts, then enjoy the delicious Pumpkin Soup with Milk!
As pumpkin is rich in natural sugar, you don’t need to add any sugar into this dish.
